Terms of Use Desow
Version dated October 10, 2026. Effective upon first publication.
This English version is a translation of the Russian version of this document. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
Desow LLC (Limited Liability Company «Дезау») (the Company) establishes these Terms of Access to and Use of Desow for registered Users. The Company's details are given at the end of the document. Purchases and payments are governed by the Offer at desow.ru/en/offer, and personal data by the Policy at desow.ru/en/policy; the order in which the documents apply is set out in clause 1.3 of the Offer.
The User accepts the Terms by a separate confirmation at registration. Licenses to uploaded and published materials are granted by the relevant actions in accordance with Section 6. The Company records the accepted version and the User's action; the necessary consent to personal data processing is given separately.
If the User does not accept the Terms, registration and use of the Service's functions are unavailable. Withdrawal from a paid purchase and payment settlement are governed by the Offer.
Service - the Desow web application, a platform for managing and visualizing interior design projects with integrated artificial intelligence-based image generation tools.
User - a person who has registered an account and uses the Service.
Personal Account - a section of the Service available to the User after authorization.
Credit - a whole internal unit of account for the cost of operations in the Service. It is not a monetary instrument and is not used for payments outside Desow. The terms of granting and spending Credits are set out in the Offer and Section 4 of the Terms.
Service Feed - a public section where Users on the BASIC Plan or higher may, at their own action, publish Generation Results for viewing by other Users and for use by them as references within the limits set out below.
Generation Result - an image or other material created by the Service's Tools at the User's request, using the User's prompts and, where the tool provides for it, uploaded materials.
2.1. Desow is in open beta testing. Registration is available to adults without selection or invitation; organizations use the Service through a representative under clause 3.2.
2.2. The Service is under development; individual functions may change or work with errors. The characteristics of artificial intelligence results and the Company's liability are defined by clauses 6.8 and 8.1. Beta status does not change the terms of paid purchases.
2.3. Changes to paid functions, limits, and rates are introduced under the Offer. Beta status does not cancel the obligations to perform, to restore Credits, or to satisfy lawful claims.
2.4. At registration, the User provides and confirms the necessary information, separately accepts the Terms, and reviews the Policy. The necessary consents are given separately.
2.5. The Company announces the end of open beta testing on desow.ru. Paid obligations and the validity periods of granted credits are preserved. Changes are introduced under Section 10 of the Offer and clause 10.1 of the Terms.
3.1. The User registers an account through the Service form, providing accurate information. No selection is required to take part in the open beta.
3.2. An account is used by one individual; shared access and transfer of login credentials are prohibited. An organization acts through one authorized representative who confirms their authority; a change of representative is arranged through support after verification of authority, without handing over the previous representative's password. The User protects their login credentials; this does not exclude the Company's liability for its own security breaches.
3.3. Actions of the account are treated as actions of the User unless otherwise established. In a dispute, authorization data and the circumstances of access are taken into account; the statutory rules of evidence are not changed.
3.4. The User must immediately notify the Company of any case of unauthorized access to the account.
4.1. The terms of welcome and other free grants are set out in Appendix 2 to the Offer. Free Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
4.2. Before launch, the tool, parameters, number of results, and total cost are shown. If the balance is insufficient, the task is not launched; the cost of a confirmed task does not change.
4.3. The terms of subscriptions, Packages, promotional grants, and monetary refunds are set out in the Public Offer: https://desow.ru/en/offer. Credits are debited starting with those with the nearest expiration date under Section 5 of the Public Offer.
4.4. The cost is debited when the launch is confirmed, with the task and the composition of the debit recorded. Cancellation before processing is not charged. If processing that has begun cannot be stopped, the task is completed on the confirmed terms; the absence of a result is not considered performance merely because processing has begun.
4.5. Before a task with several results is launched, their whole-number prices or the allocation rule are shown. By default, each result is assigned the whole part of the total cost divided by the number of results; the remainder is distributed one Credit at a time to the first results in the stated order. The cost of results not received is restored. A repeat at the User's wish is a new task after the cost is confirmed; technical retries are not charged again.
4.6. After a technical error is recorded, Credits are restored automatically no later than 24 hours, to their original categories. Validity periods are extended for the duration of the technical unavailability; if the original period has already expired, the grant is valid for 7 calendar days from restoration. If Credits are not restored, the User reports the known details of the task to support@desow.ru; the Company reviews the request under clause 9.2.
4.7. Subjective dissatisfaction with style, where the selected parameters were followed, does not in itself give rise to automatic restoration. A corrupted file, the absence of a result, and a breach of the stated parameters are assessed as a possible defect in performance, and not merely by whether a file exists.
5.1. The User is prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, the Company's internal systems, the accounts of other Users, the program code, data, and computing infrastructure of the Service.
5.2. It is prohibited to interfere with the infrastructure or to create load that bypasses the standard limits in a way that disrupts the operation of the Service.
5.3. The User is prohibited from using the Service for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of third parties, or to create, store, or distribute materials that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. The User is prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, or means of parsing or automated data collection without the Company's prior written consent.
5.5. Attempts to extract the code, model parameters, or architecture, reverse engineering, and decompilation are prohibited, except in cases expressly permitted by law.
5.6. The User is prohibited from using other people's images or other materials without the appropriate rights and permissions.
5.7. In the event of a violation, the Company has the right to restrict the necessary functions, hide material, or block the account. The User receives the reason and the appeal procedure, unless disclosure is prohibited by law. A paid balance is not in itself annulled; restoration and settlement are governed by Section 8 of the Offer, and appeals by clause 9.2. Unlawful free grants may be canceled under the terms on which they were issued.
6.1. The User must have the rights to upload and process the material and for each selected way of using it. For client projects, the following are considered separately: the contract with the client, the rights of the author and photographer, confidentiality, images of people, and permission for references, advertising, or training. The right to process a project for a client does not in itself permit these additional purposes.
6.2. Commercial use of Generation Results is permitted only for results created while the User has a paid BASIC Plan or higher. Commercial use includes, in particular, use in projects for clients, provision of paid services, sale of results, placement in advertising, and use in a professional portfolio to promote the User's goods or services.
Results created on the free FREE Plan may be used solely for personal non-commercial purposes. Purchasing a Credit Package does not in itself grant the right to commercial use of Generation Results.
Permission for commercial use of lawfully created Generation Results remains after a paid subscription ends and the User moves to the FREE plan. Subsequently activating the BASIC Plan or higher does not in itself extend this permission to results previously created on the FREE Plan.
In all cases, the User must respect the rights of third parties. The Company does not claim the User's exclusive rights to the User's source materials and does not require separate remuneration for the use of Generation Results permitted by this clause. The arising of copyright in a Generation Result is determined by law and by human creative contribution; the Company does not guarantee that a result is protectable, unique, or free of similar results held by other persons.
6.3. To perform tasks and store projects, the User, within the limits of their rights, grants the Company a simple non-exclusive royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and technically transform materials. It is valid in the locations where the engaged infrastructure operates, subject to the rules on data transfer, for the duration of processing under the Policy. Training is governed by clauses 6.17-6.19, and advertising by clauses 6.5-6.7.
6.4. Publication is a separate action that makes a result open in the publicly accessible Feed. The "share" function opens the selected work to the holder of the link, including a person without an account, unless access is restricted in the interface. Before the link is created, the set of information to be disclosed is shown; the User must have grounds to share it. The link can be revoked; deleting the work available through it, or the account, ends access through the Service. Copies obtained earlier are not automatically recalled. A link is not equivalent to publication in the Feed and does not permit advertising.
6.5. By publishing a result in the Feed, the User, within the limits of their rights, grants the Company a simple non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide license for advertising and demonstration use of the work or its fragments: reproduction, public display, distribution of advertising copies, communication to the public, and adaptation of format, size, and cropping without distorting the meaning. Websites, social media, listings, presentations, and printed promotional materials are permitted. The license is valid until the publication is removed or terminated under clause 6.6; separate permission for each placement is not required. The author's rights are preserved; personal data and images of people require independent lawful grounds.
6.6. The advertising permission terminates when the publication is removed, the account is deleted, or a request is made to support@desow.ru identifying the works. The Company stops active campaigns without undue delay; new placements and print runs cease from the moment the specified event occurs. Materials are removed from digital platforms under the Company's control within 10 calendar days; contractors are sent a demand to stop using and to delete the materials. Printed copies distributed earlier are not recalled unless the law requires otherwise. Mandatory shorter periods take precedence.
6.7. The advertising license covers only results published in the Feed. It does not cover source files, non-public works, and works shared only by link. For a separate campaign, the parties may enter into a separate permission; without it, clause 6.6 applies. Training is not part of the advertising license.
6.8. A visualization may contain inaccurate dimensions, structural solutions, materials, lighting, and placement of objects. It does not replace design documentation, measurements, and review by a specialist. Before implementation, the User verifies the technical feasibility and safety of the solutions.
6.9. New works may be published by Users with an active BASIC Plan or higher. A generation is not published by itself. The User may remove a work independently, including after moving to FREE.
6.10. For placement in the Feed, the User grants the Company a simple royalty-free worldwide license, until the publication is removed, to store, reproduce, preview, technically transform, and communicate the work to the public in the Feed and the profile.
6.11. Publication grants registered Users a simple non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide license to reproduce and rework the work as a reference through the standard Tools. The terms are accepted when a task with a reference is confirmed. The original is available for new tasks while it is published; lawfully created results may be used outside the Service for the term of the relevant rights, and commercially under clause 6.2. This does not permit separately distributing or selling the original, passing off a copy as one's own work, or using the original outside the Service. Rights to the protected elements of the source work are preserved.
6.12. A publication is associated with the public name chosen by the User who posted it; this does not certify authorship. When using references, the mandatory rights of the author must be respected, existing attributions preserved, and the required information added by an available means. If the necessary information is missing or the requirements cannot be met, the material may not be published or used in a way that violates the author's rights.
6.13. A public profile may include a chosen name or pseudonym, avatar, description, publications, and activity indicators. The interface shows the information to be disclosed before posting. The visibility of likes and subscriptions is determined by the Policy and the necessary consents; these actions do not grant rights to the works.
6.14. Unlawful publications, violations of intellectual property rights, privacy, and confidentiality, misappropriation of authorship, and spam are prohibited. A complaint is sent to support@desow.ru with a link and supporting information. In the event of a substantiated complaint, a threat, or a requirement of law, the Company restricts access, hides, or deletes the material to the necessary extent. The reason and the appeal procedure are communicated unless prohibited by law; an erroneous decision is corrected and the material is restored where possible and lawful. Appeal periods are as set out in clause 9.2.
6.15. A removed publication is unavailable in the Feed, through a link to its card, and as a reference for new tasks. The card and likes cease to be displayed. Results lawfully created earlier by other Users are not automatically deleted; the rights to use them do not terminate because the work was removed. In the event of a violation of law or of third-party rights, the Company takes the necessary measures, including deleting materials under its control.
6.16. The end of a subscription does not in itself delete projects and publications. Account deletion is requested in the interface or through support@desow.ru and means withdrawal from further performance of all purchases and renewals. The Company stops future charges, records purchases and balances for settlement under Section 7 of the Offer, closes the account, and deletes its public profile and publications; social connections cease to be displayed. Advertising ends under clause 6.6, training under clause 6.18, and data is further processed only on an independent lawful basis under the Policy. A refund of a separate payment or part of a payment does not in itself delete the account.
6.17. Before a task is uploaded or submitted, the Company informs the User of the possible training, further training, and testing of Desow models on source files, prompts, and results, including non-public works on any plan. By uploading a source file or submitting a task, the User, within the limits of their rights, grants the Company a simple non-exclusive royalty-free license to reproduce, select, label, transform, include in datasets, and computationally process them for these purposes. The territory is worldwide, subject to the rules on data transfer; the term is 3 years from the upload of the source file, submission of the prompt, or creation of the relevant result. The license may terminate earlier under clause 6.18 and does not permit public disclosure of non-public materials or their separate sale.
6.18. Training is permitted only with sufficient rights to the material and lawful grounds for data processing under the Policy; doubtful materials are excluded until the grounds are confirmed. Contractors act to the necessary extent, with limited purposes and protection of the materials. The User has the right to opt out of further training on specific materials through support@desow.ru. Deletion of a project or material, or of the account, ends further training on the corresponding source files, prompts, and results. From that event, the materials are not included in new training tasks; they are removed from active datasets without undue delay. The Company will endeavor to interrupt an already running task as soon as possible; mandatory periods for personal data take precedence. Retaining data for settlements or a dispute does not permit training.
6.19. Removal from datasets does not mean the automatic exclusion of the material's influence from the parameters of an already trained model. If a model makes it possible to obtain a person's personal data, the requirements of the Policy and the law apply.
7.1. All rights to the Service, the website, program code, algorithms, models, databases, interface, design, and other results of intellectual activity belong to the Company or are used by it on a lawful basis.
7.2. The User does not acquire any rights to the technology, program code, architecture of the Service, or other results of the Company's intellectual activity, other than the limited right to use the Service expressly provided for in these Terms.
8.1. The Company does not guarantee a specific artistic effect, the uniqueness of results, or uninterrupted operation of the beta version, but is responsible for its own actions and paid obligations within the limits of the law. Failures and restoration are governed by Section 4, and monetary settlements by the Offer.
8.2. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of their chosen use of materials within the limits of the law. The Company is responsible for its own actions, reviews reports of violations, and takes the necessary measures with respect to materials under its control. Assurances given by the User do not exclude the Company's liability established by law.
9.1. The relationship between the User and the Company is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. Requests are sent to support@desow.ru or to the Company's address with the account, a description, and the known details of the payment, task, or publication. The first response is within 5 business days, an ordinary claim is reviewed within 10 calendar days, and a moderation appeal within 30 calendar days. Mandatory deadlines for satisfying claims take precedence: for refunds, the Offer and the law apply, and for data, the Policy and the law. Contacting support is not a mandatory precondition for a consumer to go to court, unless the law provides otherwise.
9.3. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.1. New versions are published on desow.ru with an effective date; material changes at least 10 calendar days in advance. Paid terms and rates are changed only under the Offer. An update does not expand licenses and consents; new necessary consents are obtained separately. Individual notices are sent when required by law or the Offer.
